I have a large white and gray shag rug in my living room and own two large dogs… which was my first mistake… my second mistake being that in two years time i never got it cleaned…. My white rug was now a light brown color, it had dog fur woven in it, and it smelled like dog. I wish I could post a before and after picture because the difference is amazing. They went over my rug not once, not twice, but three times because they didn’t want to return it to me looking anything less than perfect. My rug looks and smells brand new.
